夏を味わう、贅沢かき氷8選

本格的な夏の到来とともに、恋しくなるのが冷たくて甘い「かき氷」。

その歴史は驚くほど古く、日本では平安時代から親しまれてきました。清少納言の『枕草子』にも、削った氷に植物由来の甘い蜜をかけて味わう、当時の貴族たちの贅沢なひとときが描かれています。
それから約1,000年。現代のかき氷は、天然氷へのこだわりや、素材を活かした自家製シロップなど、職人の技が光る贅沢なスイーツへとさらなる進化を遂げています。
